1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of wellness and herbal products:
❌ Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged during transit

The wrong product was delivered

The product is defective or leaking on arrival
2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

Clear images or videos of the issue must be shared for verification
Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

In eligible cases, we may offer:
