We aim to deliver premium Ayurvedic products with care and quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of wellness and herbal products:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective or leaking on arrival


2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear images or videos of the issue must be shared for verification

Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at help@healthayurveda.in

  • Share your Order ID, issue details, and images

  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product or

  • A refund, at our discretion


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
