At Health Ayurveda, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered safely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at the customer’s location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Any free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Customers are advised to track shipments using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Health Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Delivery-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
